Toly Korea, located in Bucheon City, close to Seoul, continued to expand launching many new products focused towards skin care packaging.
Toly Korea launched its first airless pack for Lancome for the launch of their new Renergie Morpholift R.A.R.E. advanced contour serum. With a metallised collar, actuator and base, the purple effect was created through U.V. lacquering, followed by silk screening.
Toly recently won an airless pack for Christian Dior. As part of the ‘Capture Totale’ line, Toly’s challenge was to match the special metallising effect to create an upscale image along with a personalised actuator.
Toly developed a complete line of airless packs for Sarah Chapman. Sarah Chapman, the well known UK facialist, launched her line in September with products rich in essential oils and anti-ageing ingredients.
Lubex chose a standard pack from Toly Korea to launch 2 new products, an anti-ageing tonic and cleansing milk.
A full range of airless packs were supplied for the launch of the ‘Perfect Age’ line by Dr. Shoemacher.
Toly Korea have continued to extend the product line for Matis to include new dispensing packs, heavy-walled jars and airless containers. These packs were produced in a range of different colours and decorations.
Toly was successful in breaking into Mila D’Opiz, a premium Swiss skin care company. A range of products were produced, including heavy-walled, cylindrical jars, Toly’s stock heavy-walled Deauville jar with a matt gold spray and 2 sizes of airless packs. The airless packs had gold metallised shoulders and white inside-coated bottles.
To support the launch of Givenchy’s new skin care concept – Le Soin Noir, Toly Korea produced a standard heavy-walled, square-shaped jar with a black lid and inner and a clear body. This was used as a trial size pack to support the larger saleable pack.
Babor, one of Germany’s leading skincare companies, chose Toly’s stock Deauville pack to launch a new anti-ageing HSR Platinum cream. The luxury cell reactivating cream was contained in the silver coloured pack with hot stamped decoration.
During 2007, the Berjerac line was extended with 3 additional sizes, 15ml, 30ml and 40ml. This line can be fully metallised for a premium look.
Toni & Guy
To launch its new concept in hair care, ‘Model-me’, Toni & Guy chose Toly’s standard injection blow moulded jars produced from Eastman’s ‘The Glass Polymer’.
The glass polymer gives a high gloss finish with excellent barrier properties.
New Skin Care Lines – Tokyo & Osaka
Two new stylish skin care lines were launched – Tokyo and Osaka. Both lines have a 50ml jar and 35ml and 130ml dispensing pumps. Using inside coating decoration, beautiful finishes can be created.
A newly launched skin care brand – Reyne, chose Toly Korea’s Deauville ball-shaped jars to launch its product line. With a variety of sizes and surface decorations, Reyne had a very successful launch.
Deauville with Pumps
Two new packs were added to the Deauville standard line, both had dispensing pumps, changing the look from a screw top jar
Korff of Italy chose Toly Korea’s new heavy wall skin care jars with volumes of 15ml and 50ml. The outer jars are moulded in SAN and have a PP inner for barrier properties.
Toly Korea’s Boston line has proven to be a big success due to its timeless elegance and wide product range.
With a mix of dispensing packs and heavy-walled jars, the Boston line can be easily personalised through decoration and surface decoration techniques.
Toly Korea are able to supply a complete line of glass droppers with pipettes. Available in a variety of sizes, these products are perfect for upscale, technical products, requiring high precision dispensing systems
Flow Through Foundations
Toly Korea launched a variety of different flow through foundation packs. These include packs with a brush and packs with a sponge. The applicators are easily washable maintaining a hygene application.
