Eclipse

Eclipse is a new standard round compact line produced in China. Comprising 4 different sizes, the Eclipse line can be used for a multitude of different products. Eclipse is a 2-piece compact with pinned hinges and with its flat lid, it is ideal for a range of different decorating techniques. The large pressed powder compact has a new unique feature which is a detachable mirror. Once the product has been used up, the detachable mirror can continue to be used as a small handbag mirror.

Lumene Natural Code

Lumene chose a new standard Toly compact (Large Eclipse) to launch a new makeup range for young skin called Natural Code. The range contains plantain, a plant renowned for its anti bacterial serum regulating, moisturising and protecting properties. Designed for ages 15 to 24, the compacts include a detachable mirror which is sold separately, and can be attached or detached according to customer requirements.

Zeta Eco Friendly

With a clear requirement for environmentally-friendly packaging and sustainability, Toly are offering their Zeta line as a suitable option. The mini Zeta compact has been moulded in eco-friendly materials – Tenite, which is wood-based and PLA which is corn – based. Zeta has no metal pins and the larger sizes can also be sold with detachable mirrors.

Maya

Maya is a distinctive sleek compact, ideal for a lip or eyeliner product. The applicator is elegantly placed alongside the product and can have a long handle for ease of application. Urban Decay are Toly’s first customer to use its Maya compact and with this new product launch, production tools have now been built at Toly’s China operation.

Rossmann

Rossmann are Toly’s first customer to use the Bonn line. The large compact is produced in China whilst the 2 smaller sizes are produced in Malta on a fully automated line. The Bonn line is a cost effective 2-piece compact with snapped hinges and flat lids suitable for multipass decoration. Mirrors can also be added in the lids.

Cherie ma Cherie

Toly won the contract to supply a complete line of compacts for Concept Projects in Russia. The Eternity line of compacts were chosen with production in Malta. Three new platforms were developed for a blusher, duo and quad eyeshadows. The ‘Cherie ma Cherie’ logo was printed on the lids and finished with a U.V. lacquer.

Boots No.7

For a seasonal promotion of their highly successful No.7 line, Boots opted for the extra large Eternity compact in a bright colour with a special pressing. The compact included a mirror and is produced in Malta.

La Stala

For Sunjin Chemical Company, Toly tooled up a new deeper lid for its stock Anthea compact to be able to incorporate a powder puff. Anthea is produced in China and Sunjin chose a metallised lid with a 2-pass decoration for its Lastala brand.

Bourjois

In 2006, Bourjois launched a face powder, produced using Toly’s new stock Tivoli compact. More recently, Bourjois launched a bronzing powder in the same compact but with a different colour and special decoration

Gosh

Gosh have been a customer of Toly for many years and are one of the leading make up brands in Denmark.

Boots 17

Boots have several different private label brands. For 17, Toly supplied their small Bobble compact.

This compact has a thick lid which acts as a magnifying lens. Bobble was produced with a clear lid, silver hot-stamped decoration and was used as a lip glaze.

Terra

Toly’s new Terra line was extremely successful for many different brands launching domed terracotta powders.

Oriflame Giordani Gold used the small sized compact for a major launch and Clarins used the large and small sized compacts for a new launch.

The Terra line comprises 3 different compact sizes and is entirely produced in China.

Clarins

Toly produced a sun palette compact for Clarins. With a lacquered lid and translucent base, Clarins filled the compact with a unique pressing which was surrounded by a silver hot-stamped platform.

Clarins Credit card Eyeshadow

Clarins chose a standard credit card compact from Toly Korea to launch an eyeshadow promotion.

The compact had a mirror, applicator and 3 eyeshadow pressed pans. To support this launch, all compacts were filled at Fullcos, Toly’s joint venture assembly plant adjacent to its main factory in Malta.

Loosepowders

The Toly Group today has a growing list of standard loose powder packages. Many of Toly’s customers took advantage of this extensive portfolio and launched loosepowders using Toly’s packaging.
These included customers such as Art Deco, Beyu and Yves Rocher.

Along with all Toly’s standard packaging, loosepowders containers can be easily personalised with colour, decoration and surface decoration capabilities.

Yves Rocher Cream Perfume

For many years, Toly have been supplying their Vienna compact for Yves Rocher’s perfume creams. In 2007, Yves Rocher decided to change the look and repacked using Toly’s new stock Avignon compact.

Avignon was moulded in polypropylene and a number of different colours and decorating options were chosen to suit Yves Rocher’s new perfume launches.

T. Leclerc

For T. Leclerc, Toly tooled up a custom engraved lid for their stock loose powder compact CM102. The compact was matt silver spray-painted and the powder was held in place with a PP shive. With a mirror in the lid, this loosepowder was easily portable.

Lipsticks

In 2007, Toly launched its own stock lipstick mechanism with a set of prototype tools. In 2008, Toly will build upon this knowledge and develop production tools which will be run in India.
Toly is also working upon its 2nd generation smooth torque mechanism which it hopes to be able to patent and offer its European customer base in 2008.

Galerie Noemi

Toly sold its stock compact line ‘New York’ to Yves Rocher for its ‘Galerie Noemi’ line.

This compact is produced in Malta, however, the lids were sent to Pentagon in China for electroplating and brushing. The brushing effect gives a unique look to resemble brushed aluminium
