Our main manufacturing plant is based on the Mediterranean Island of Malta where Toly Malta has a state-of-the-art facility.
More than 400 people are employed on a fully integrated 3-shift basis, producing high quality packages for many prestigious customers within the international beauty industry.
Toly continues to invest in new moulding machines, automations and its manufacturing environments.
All automations are built locally and the company prides itself with its state-of-the-art technology. Toly Malta has been ISO certified since November 1994.

Toly China
Toly China was officially opened in November 2005. Toly China is a joint venture with two other Hong Kong partners. Toly’s partners have extensive experience of manufacturing in China and are able to complement the group with their own competencies in electroplating and metal production.
Toly China is housed in an impressive brand new building in Long Gang district of Shenzhen.
Toly China is rapidly expanding and continually invests in new moulding and assembly equipment. All moulding machines are fitted with robotic arms for automatic part removal.
Toly China is fully supported by Toly’s European teams and training is continuous to ensure the highest quality standards. Toly China achieved the ISO 9000 certification in October 2007.

Toly India
Since Toly opened its office in India, the company has developed many customers and in order to better support these customers, Toly built a manufacturing plant in India. Starting from a green field site in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, the state-of-the-art factory incorporates injection moulding, decorating and in line assembly.
This is Toly’s third manufacturing plant around the world and was constructed taking into account lean manufacturing principles. All moulding machines are fitted with robotic arms, feeding mouldings into an air-conditioned clean room assembly unit, for in-line assembly.
The Indian cosmetic market is developing fast and in addition, Toly India handles sales to customers in South East Asia and the Middle East.

TAP – Toly Airless Packaging - South Korea
TAP - Toly Airless Packaging has been formed with 2 other joint venture partners.
With internal toolmaking capabilities, TAP with its partners, are able to control the whole process, including pump manufacturing, injection moulding, decoration, surface decoration and assembly.
TAP is investing in a number of new standard airless packs. Toly is responsible for selling these throughout its global sales network and Toly is also responsible for implementing its professional quality systems into the company.
TAP in South Korea is Toly's fourth international manufacturing plant.
