Toly Products was founded by Dr. Zoli Gatesy in 1971. Today, Toly is a group of companies with its holding company 'Toly Group International' based in Denmark. The group today has manufacturing plants in Malta, China, India and Korea; and sales and trading offices in UK, New York, Paris, Belgium, Hong Kong, Seoul and New Delhi. Toly also has a network of alliance partners and agents representing them in the key markets around the world.

Andy Gatesy's appointment as Chairman of the Group in 1991, resulted in a strong drive towards globalisation coupled with investment in new technology and manufacturing processes.

Traditionally, compacts were Toly's main product line, however, over the past 10 years the company has successfully diversified into both fragrance and treatment packaging. Continuous learning and systematic improvement, is leading the company towards its goal of True Business Excellence and the company intends to remain a privately owned business with a passion for the cosmetics industry.
