Toly Products values the health and safety of its employees, and has established procedures and regulations that ensure the protection and well-being of every employee. A Health and Safety Committee is well established within the organisation and is composed of management and employee representatives, whereby working together to explore, revise and make suggestions, to ensure the continuous improvement of Health and Safety elements. The Company applies and abides by local Occupational Health and Safety legislation and also continuously develops and trains its employees to support a safe working environment.
