SENIOR SALES MANAGER (TOLY ASIA)  

We are a Global Packaging manufacturer and supplier looking to strengthen our Hong Kong Sales office, Toly Asia, which services customers in China, Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong.
Today the office is composed of 1 general manager, 1 sales manager and 1 sales administrator.
Other support functions (logistics, quality, finance, development, etc….) are provided through the different support divisions within the group.

In this position you will create, develop and maintain successful business relationships with existing and potential customer accounts.
We are looking for a dynamic, independent and self motivator to handle the Asian territory that falls under the Toly Asia responsibility.

Ideal candidate will live and reside in Hong Kong.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in the cosmetic packaging field (make up and/or skincare)
Must have existing relationships with Asian (preferably Key) Accounts
Demonstrate outstanding account management to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and close deadlines effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong presentation skills a must.
Exceptional communication, writing and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Reside in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly sales (B2B) visits to existing clients and manage growth with existing clients.
Work closely with the Sales Administrator (support) in providing accurate information and directions.
Develop, managing and nurturing new business relationships and accounts to accomplish your revenue and profit goals.
Provide detailed customer visits, marketing trends and competition reports or information.
Communicate effectively with internal divisions, international company, so you must be willing to work various hours as needed.
Negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Attend Industry trade shows or events (as needed) 

SHIPPING CLERK (TOLY ASIA)

Toly is a global supplier of high-quality packaging components and solutions for beauty products sold around the world.
Due to the expansion of the Group’s trading activities in Asia, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shipping Clerk to join Toly’s growing trading division in Hong Kong. The potential candidate will be an organised and efficient self-starter who is detail oriented, can work independently and is also willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Acting as a focal point of contact between our suppliers, commercial offices and logistics partners, on all matters relating to orders and logistics, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing orders and updating dispatch schedules
- Preparing and managing import and export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping related documents)
- Coordinating bookings with freight forwarders and shipping agents
- Checking rates for air/LCL/FCL/courier
- Ad-hoc clerical duties as assigned

Requirements
- F.5, F.7, Diploma or Higher Diploma
- At least two years of relevant work experience handling shipping documents
- Must have experience in a trading or shipping company
- Proficient level of spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Well versed in using Microsoft Office
- High level of organisational skills and ability to solve problems independently
- Immediately available highly advantageous

PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER (TOLY MALTA)

As  a  member of our Engineering Team, the principal responsibility of this position   is   the   preparation  of  effective  new  product  designs  to specifications  set by the Product Design Objective and within the phase of the  development  programme.   This  also  includes  the  production of all necessary  detailed  engineering  drawings  for  the  above to the relevant applicable standards.
 
The ideal candidate would be educated to degree standard and/or have equivalent design experience in 2D and 3D.  Knowledge of Inventor would be preferred but a good level of proficiency in other 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) modelling is acceptable. Also, previous design experience that includes plastic injection mouldings (components and assemblies) would be considered an asset.  Candidates need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as have a sound knowledge of written and spoken English.
