Toly Europe Belgium, with an office located in Haasrode (Leuven) ensures the commercial activities of Toly on many markets : Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Israel, Eastern Europe, Russia and Scandinavia.
Job description
As a commercial assistant for the Belgian office, you will assist and support the sales people and be the link between the Toly factories (Malta, Korea, China, and India) and the customers. You will follow up the whole process from price offer to the delivery. This includes the following tasks:
- coordination, preparation and sending of samples to the customers
- dealing with the factories to get quotations and give prices to the customers
- confirm and place orders in the system
- follow up the process from production to the delivery
- handle the potential after-sales problems
- follow up on payments and receivables
Besides the above, you will also assist with general office management duties such as ordering office material, stationary, etc....
Skills
-Languages: English, German, French (oral written). Dutch and/or Italian can be an asset.
-Experience: First experience accepted. Preferably 2-5 years experience in a similar position.
-Personality: Accurate, proactive -and service-minded person, team player, good multi-tasking skills.

QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER
Based in Malta, the Quality Systems Manager would be primarily responsible for managing the development or revision of overall corporate procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure continued compliance to ISO 9001:2000 for the Group. He/she will also be responsible for the internal audit function and serve as a focal point for customer/industry quality system audits and requests for corrective action. He/she also needs to support the Quality Manager in quality assurance functions within our Malta manufacturing plant, which includes the attainment of product quality objectives.
The position calls for a person with a degree in either Engineering or Business Administration, with a minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and also a sound knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices and procedures, including ISO 9001:2000. Must be comfortable with statistical methods, structured root cause analysis and problem solving methods.
S/He should have a hands-on approach, good leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills. Dealing with both local and foreign suppliers/customers, good communication qualities are essential. Fluency in the French language would be considered an asset.
